At Turnabout Luxury Resale, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our curated collection; however, due to the unique nature of our luxury consignment business, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If your item was misrepresented in its description, please follow our structured return process within 7 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and clear photos of the item and original tags still attached.

  Receive Authorization

  Once our specialists review your request, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the luxury item in its original packaging, ensuring all dust bags, certificates of authenticity, and designer tags are included.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon arrival at our warehouse, your item will undergo a final authentication check before a refund is processed to your original payment method.
